Booking
Your booking becomes valid once the confirmation email has been sent. The booking code ( AVL-2026-XXXX
) must be used for all inquiries.
Payment
The total price includes the vehicle, driver, fuel, tolls, parking fees and taxes.
Cancellation
Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the transfer.
Delay
Flights are monitored. We provide up to 2 hours of free waiting time after landing. A no-show fee may apply.
Luggage
Luggage must fit within the vehicle capacity. Oversized luggage should be declared in advance.
Liability
The service is insured. We are not liable for indirect damages caused by circumstances beyond our control.
